I used to love this KIA location (formerly know as Patterson KIA). I purchased my first car here about 7 years ago and was always treated like family. I've upkept my car here over the years and felt more than satisfied with the prices and services. I was so happy with KIA, after my family grew I purchased a Sedona as well. After the past several experiences I've had here, I am so dissatisfied with the way I've been treated at this location I'm not sure I will return to this location again. I've spent over $1000 in the past year here and each time there has been some sort of issue. The staff here fails to communicate and is not on the same page when it comes to policies for appointments, coupons, state inspections etc. For example, I called ahead to inquire about an oil change and was told that I could come that afternoon as long as I got there before 4:00. I arrived at 3:30 and was told sorry appointments only. When I told them what I was told over the phone they went inside came back and told me the woman at front said she never spoke to anyone that day. My husband had gotten off early so that he could pick my kids (age 2 and 4) and I up so we wouldn't be stuck waiting. I asked if I could speak to a manager, then an associate said go ahead and take the car back. They then called us 15 min after we left and said sorry that there was no one there to work on our car and that we could come in Monday. At that point we obviously made and appointment. It took them around 6 hours to perform the oil change on Monday along with a warranty repair. I sat in the lobby with my 2 year old for about 30 minutes before being told it would take that long. My most recent experience was such a huge runaround it's not even worth explaining each point. Long story short I spent about $350 when I really only intended to get an oil change, and state inspection to find out after about a week of phone calls,(inquiring why on the tx website my inspection wasn't populating so that I could pay my registration) and empty promises (3 different people said they would email me the inspection, and talk to "Jared" about my ticket) that they never even performed my state inspection. They told me I could send me a check in the mail or I could come in. I don't typically write negative reviews but I hope someone reads this so they have the opportunity to take corrective action and make things right for future customers.

Hi Dianne! This is Chip at Patterson Kia. I looked up your record, and it appears you had your Oil Changed, Tires Rotated and 52pt Inspection on August 17th, 2018.
I have a 2015 Soul and if you have the key fob with unlock /lock buttons and the switchblade-type key, it is approximately $400. I found that out when a mechanic garage lost my keys once.
What kind of answer is that ? I'll take my business elsewhere!
They should offer u a loaner car talk to manager or higher up and hopefully things will be different , I know I did that for my dad at nation ford and after almost 4days fighting with salesman & middle. Man I went higher up and they gave my dad a loaner for 1wk.till parts came in😇Gd luck to anyone with this kinda a problem
Bad service if you asked me told me I was approved to bring in my down payment and insurance had me buying insurance and then told me that I wasn't approved if I wasn't approved for the loan then I should have been told that right then instead of having me come back and wasting my time to mislead me and then tell me that I'm not approved I don't advise nobody to go there.
Some employees have remained but there has also been change to management staff as well.
Their services are such as oil changes and any recalls from KIA are on time and not too long wait times. I recommend them highly. I have had no problems with service or sales staff.
