What a horrible experience. Ordered food for pickup giving a 45 minute timeframe. Arrived a little early and let them know. 20 minutes later that the specified time, I finally got my food after walking in to get answers only to see every employee sitting around joking and eating... Got the food home and it was just not that good. Overcooked, tasteless, and cold. I'll do everything possible to never go to this place again.

It has always been my favorite place for a date with my husband. But today was a disaster. I give it one star because I can't give it 0 stars. My husband ordered some chips with cheese and the chips were burnt and the bowl of cheese in half. I ordered some meatless chicken quesadillas. Starting today, I'm looking for another place for my date nights.

It's just a great name for a great restaurant and serves the best ribs around for a great price
