Call the number (817) 451-6860, if you don't get through you can leave a message which I had to do the first time but less than two minutes later I got a call back from customer service and they broke down what it would cost per day on a set number of days and the range of each one. The customer service was great the time frame from which I got a response was better-than-expected and as long as you give them at least two days in advance to the date in question and the actual date is still available then they're pretty quick at booking the date in question for any specific event. Monday- Thursday 4hrs/9hrs/14hrs - $550-850. Friday and Sunday 9hrs @ $850, 14 hrs @ $1150. Saturday 14 hrs @ 1300. Or you can visit the Arlington parks and recreation website hit the three tabs in the right corner it'll pull up different options click the rental option and in the search bar typing Arlington lake house and it'll give you times in availability and call the number to book it.
We have it booked and the cost is for thw entire day and the entire building.
