Being from DC, I wear a mask everywhere except when I'm eating or drinking. I noticed during this entire trip, including the stadium, the mask wearing is not mandated here. Not at the restaurants, hotels, bars, nor the stadium. You may want to bring one just in case. But you could actually tell who was from here and who wasn't just based on the wearing of masks! lol
I don't think that there's a mask ordinance. I'm not sure. Just bring one for your protection!

Here in Texas we are free to do what we feel comfortable with. So it won't be mandatory to wear a mask but you are free to do so and no one will judge you either way.

No signs of needing to wear a mask. Only on your choice. I would recommend if you need to bring in a purse or bag that it be a see through bag or they will not allow you to bring it in.
I didn't see any signs that masks were required. Seemed to me that people are making the choice for themselves in wearing a mask and I attended the game on Sunday, December 26th 2021.
It is strongly suggested you wear a mask if not vaccinated. Things could change in a week but doubtful.
