There's a pro shop at entrance A you visit whenever they're open...tours often require planning but I think some tours you can join if you show up...I would call ahead on that

I think so. I don't see why not unless it's after hours and the building is closed. As long as the doors are open you can visit. You may have to pay to visit depending on the event but you can visit anytime
