You can go online to purchase tour tickets and see available hours.
Definitely early in the Morning we were told 10am. We were okay with just seeing the outside though so you may want to check online.
Get your Guide app will give you several options for touring the stadium for a specific date/time. You can also call the stadium office directly to rent a space which they have some incredible places available.
