Call (817) 892-TOUR and they'll set you up. Tip; If you want to get on the field, try to book it when there's nothing going on there especially outside of football season. Even in the offseason they constantly have events there so it's hard to book a tour and have the opportunity to go on the field, but it's something you must do.
