Worst decision I have ever made was shopping at Jordan’s! I bought a sofa and love seat recliner set in June of 21, by December the couch started to separate and lean on one side. Turns out there was a bent mechanism.. don’t know if it was bent when it was delivered or what but I weigh 185lbs so it wasn’t wear and tear. Because it is after the 7 day delivery date, it can’t be replaced it can only be serviced. Every 3-4 weeks since December I get a phone call telling me that my part is still not available and they will let me know when it comes in and they can fix my couch. It’s now going on a year since I bought my couch, 6 months since I have been able to sit on it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I shop at Jordan’s. Bob’s furniture last longer!!!

Our experience with Jordan's Furniture in Nashua, NH was outstanding! Casey Pepin, our lovely and very knowledgeable sales associate helped us find the perfect cocktail table for our living room. The delivery was scheduled and Jordan's kept us informed as to the status of our order. We received a call with the exact delivery time and the movers were very pleasant and professional. Jordan's customer service is exceptional from start to finish. It was a pleasure doing business with Jordan's and we will certainly tell our friends to go to Jordan's.

We went to Jordan's for a king bed headboard and living room set on a busy Saturday. Kevin was our sales person and , having to deal with multiple rooms and items, was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. He was great at his attention to detail and patience to work with us. We found the headboard and living room furniture; but , not knowing all the particulars(color/fabric/pillow and couch (soft-firm) ,etc.it was great to have Kevin guide us through all the intricate decisions. Expect to spend more time than walking in, pointing out furniture and Bingo.. you're done. The Jordan brand is what attracted us to the store and Kevin represented the brand expertly. With the current delivery date issues over multiple businesses, we had anticipated delays.. b u t, at least.. we have our furniture and headboard picked out.

In search of a new mattress, I went to Jordan's Furniture in Nashua, NH. I was directed to the mattress department from the welcome lady at the front door. I pretty much knew what type of mattress I wanted. A salesman, Jason, approached me and introduced himself. He suggested I try "Bridget" to determine which type of mattress would work best for me. Bridget agreed with what I was looking for. It was a quick, no hassle visit. Jason was wonderful, not pushy at all. He showed me some accessories and provided helpful suggestions. I LOVE Jordan's and I will continue to shop with them.

In case this helps someone in the future, Jordan's will deliver as far as Claremont, but probably only on two previously scheduled days a month. For me in Lebanon, it was every other Tuesday.
Yes. They are delivering all the way to us in Sutton but only on scheduled days a week.
Yes they will but you will have to pay Massachusetts sales tax if you do
Yes they do charge a fee but it would of cost me 60 dollars to have someone else take it away plus I would of had to wait a week for them to pick up the old mattresses so it was worth having Jordan's Furniture take it the same day that they delivered it.
Masks are required, we were offered hand sanitizer multiple times. The staff are aware of the rules for safety

I agree with Virginia. They are very customer service oriented. Start with a call, explain the problem, if they want a picture of some kind they can tell you the best way to send it.
It is best to ask within the store. Although they may have a policy to deliver throughout the various states, you will want to know the exact cost and timing for your delivery. This can vary with item and location.

If you live in mass, order online and pickup at the store no tax. Or drive to the store no tax, if the store has to deliver to mass, yes tax
