Well let me begin by saying I'm not very happy it's been 3 to 4 weeks and still no living room set this wensday will be the 4th attempt to to get a set to fit. I paid my first month and now I'm told it's not. So on the 1st or 3rd what ever day is my auto payment goes it better have minessed of my first payment and I expect the coffee and end tables that I was promised at no cost because of the very bad mix-up it totally isn't my fault and I am very much upset I have to get something totally different from what I want because they seem to have a problem getting them into my apartment

I had called a week in advance to cancel an auto payment and schedule my furniture to be picked up. The furniture was picked up promptly and the gentlemen did a great job. However the payment, that I had cancelled, for the furniture I no longer had, still came out. I had to call and request that the funds be reimbursed. 2 weeks later the funds still hadn't been refunded. I called the and was told I would need to wait a few more days and Scott wasn't really sure when I would get my money back. I tried to explain to Scott that I had already been waiting weeks for money to be returned to me that I had never authorized/canceled in advance in the first place. I explained I needed the $149.99 for other bills I have scheduled to be paid that are legit and i needed the money immediately since this payment was not supposed to be taken in the first place. Scott then told me he wouldn't be scolded like a child and didn't know when I would recieve the money back it's out of his hands and then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. He was very unprofessional and uncaring, even after I explained the I needed MY money, that should not have been taken, for other commitments. I will never do business with Aaron's again if this is how you allow your employees to treat customers. I will also be sure to refer anyone I know away.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott ,frances and staff. I recently had a dining set. Living room and tv all delivered. I’m 52. Not a handy man. And don’t have lots of friends able or willing to lug furniture around with me. After years of the same furniture my wife and I wanted a change in decor. And after several visits to popular furniture guys it was either thousands of dollars. Or financing with the equivalent of buying a Cadillac. I’m neither broke nor cheap. But there comes a point where enough is enough. The choice was simple Aaron’s was easy. Very little payments. Easy to understand terms and options to pay it off early. Plus. They deliver. Set up. And if anything goes wrong. They will replace or take it back. The 2 guys that came and set up my things were the nicest guys I’ve ever met. And for a man who has his wife grand daughter and daughters at home. That’s a good feeling. What’s better than coming home from work to a new home and never lift a finger.? Put your ego in check. Put that myth of “ you will pay 3x the amount “ non sense. I did .. and I cannot be happier.

The account manager Nick is a very nice and understanding person to work with. He's helped me keep my items through my financial hardships, and is very reasonable when it comes to working out a deal. I would recommend this arrons to any person looking, just on my experience with him alone.
