I was told the price of a full bedroom set was $2295 one day and came in 2 weeks later to pick it up. The sales rep told me that was possible and the manger came over and told me $4000 is the best he can do. I then asked the manger to write me out a list with the prices of each individual piece of furniture and he wouldn’t do that and then avoided me and eye contact with me. I asked my sales rep to speak with him and he said loudly “there’s nothing to talk about it’s $4000” and refused to speak with me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Worse then a car dealership over there do not go to ashbrook they doubled the price of everything and then cut it in half at full price.

I placed an order on their website. They took my money and never delivered my order. I called them and they showed no record of my order, even though I have a sales order confirmation # and invoice # and my credit card company shows the order went through, which I had paid off too. They suggested I contact my credit card company to file a dispute as they are going out of business. I'm glad they are closing down! They have no problem taking people's money and not giving them anything! Sounds like the owners knew they were closing and were using the money to pay their bills or maybe just pocket it before closing down! I know this review won't matter to anyone as they'll be closed soon, but maybe it'll prevent some people from going to their store to purchase their furniture before the close for good!

This was the worst experience of purchasing furniture in my life. I went to the store to purchase a set. Spent over 1000 dollars and the sales rep said you would get the furniture in 8-12weeks. Keep in mind this was in January. We said that’s fine - we understand there is a pandemic. Fast forward to April. It’s been 15 weeks. No call. No email to say when or where the furniture is - nothing. Fast forward to May. We call and the customer rep says that 2/3 pieces will be delivered the following week. We said no, we would like the whole set - it’s been now 20 weeks - almost double and there is no timeline to when we will get the full set. In fact the customer service rep said they didn’t even know if they had the third piece but they insisted on delivering the two. The next week - no delivery crew showed up. We called and they said “oh correct - sorry we just got taken over by a new owner so we now have cancelled all deliveries and need to reschedule.” Please call us back in two days when our new system resets to schedule the third piece and the deliver of the whole set. We call back in two days and they still don’t know where anything is. LASTLY THEY ARE OFFERING NO REFUNDS AND YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Long story short do NOT give this company you’re money because you will never get a straight answer or the product, in full, delivered to your home in the time stated.

The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. I bought a bed, waited 2 months for it to be ordered and delivered by Ashbrook. When it arrived, the foot board has scuffs, the headboard wasn't even mine and they delivered a used, damaged side table as one of my set. The side table was in an open damaged box and the unit had damage and the hardware had been installed on it already. That was someone else's return they tried to give me. Customer service has been useless. I have asked to speak with their managers and they will not provide me with any way to contact them. After 2 days of hearing "sorry, there is nothing we can do" and "we will have a new headboard for you in 2 more months" I finally had enough and said I want my money back and this half set gone. Only then did they miraculously find my headboard for me, but I am still out a side table for 2 more months. I will never, ever buy here again.

Worst buying experience ever. Do not waste your time here unless you want to be lied to and get the wrong Furniture. The treat people with disregard after the sale.
