He made sure everything went smoothly and wasn't overbearing or pushy with any decision we made. It made the decision stress free. We had our three kids with us and even through their rambunctiousness Andrew delivered exceptional service.

I really appreciate the atmosphere at Bob’s. We were able to look around on our own when we wanted and help was readily available when we needed it. The sales staff took the time to walk through our options and make sure we found our best fit, without any uncomfortable sales pressure. I also really appreciate the options they have to make sure you love what you buy and protection for if something happens. I left knowing I got a great deal on quality items from a company that will take care of me. I will definitely continue to shop at Bob’s and I’d recommend it to others as well.

Great service! Normally sellers that get a commission out of a purchase are not too honest and a bit pushy, but that was not the case with Steve. He was very thorough to explain while going directly to the point, honest about the delivery delay, great at explaining the financing process, and with no hidden agenda just to sell. We never felt pushed to make a purchase like in other places; for us that was such peace of mind, because we were able to make a mindful decision before our purchase. Overall it was a very positive experience for us.
