I had such a wonderful experience at Bernie & Phyl's in Nashua, NH. I had known for the past couple months about what couch I wanted but I couldn't decide on a color or purchase date. Chris B. Put my mind at ease with his easy going, amiable nature, patience and knowledge. Chris assisted me in narrowing down the perfect couch material to meet my every day needs as well as choosing pillow colors. I was overwhelmed and Chris made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Any time, I look to purchase from Bernie & Phyl's again, I'll ensure to seek out Chris. We received outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived from Scott M. Scott took the time to listen getting to know us and what we were looking for. Within a short time, we knew we were in good hands. Scott was very knowledgeable about all of the products that Bernie & Phyl’s had to offered. I had great experience with Bernie and Phyl's Furniture when buying some recliner chairs; the salesperson Linda in Nashua was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me. When I needed customer service they were right there for me to get issue resolved despite it not benefitting them at all . Shout out to Laurie in Nashua also for helping me with my purchase in customer service. I highly recommend them for the great items I bought and even more the people I worked with. They got your back and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Very pleased with our experience with Bernie and Phyl's Nashua store. We did some research online so we knew exactly what Dining Set we wanted. The salesperson was helpful and pleasant to deal with. We liked the physical store so much we spent quite a bit of time just browsing after we had purchased what we came for. There are supply chain issues with almost everything these days, so we were thrilled when the set was delivered three weeks after purchase. We purchased quite a bit of furniture from a competitor last September and we are still waiting for most of it to be delivered. Had we known then what we know now, we would have come to Bernie and Phyl's instead. Thanks for restoring our faith in furniture stores :-)
