Courville Nashua cared for my mother for about four months during the covid-19 pandemic. Their amazing staff took care of with with professionalism and compassion, making her feel as close to being home as possible. The facility, staff, and care were amazing despite all the stresses and challenges of Covid-19. Our family is forever grateful to the staff and management for all that they provided for her.

My Dad recently spent 3 weeks at Courville Nashua after being hospitalized for pneumonia. He and my stepmom could not have been happier with the kind, professional staff, the well-maintained room where he stayed, the dining room and common areas, and the way their visitors were treated. His physical therapists and other caregivers were thorough, friendly and supportive and took the time to make sure he was ready to go home. The amenities, including lunches for my stepmom and snacks for visitors were an unexpected treat and helped solidify their opinion that Courville Nashua is a first class establishment.

The skillful and knowledgeable nursing assessment of my mother, as well as the nurses offering of genuine compassionate care has been exceptional at Courville of Nashua. The LNA's have also been very attentive, kind and very uplfting. PT and OT have extended hope, humor and kindness along with high quality therapies. The Activities ladies have been outstanding and the dining experience, wait staff and food have remained "excellent" consistently with each day. Alyssa the executive director has been extremely supportive, encouraging and devoted to her passion of providing excellent care for all at Courville of Nashua, including the families. The Unit Manager, Director of Nurses and Nursing Supervisors are directly involved with the nursing staff as well as with our mother and our family in providing comforting care and well being.
