I have been searching for a new bedroom set for a few months when my friend insisted I check out this website. I found one I really loved but the website was for a store located in Nashua, NH. I called the number and a man answered and explained that shipping to Ohio wouldn’t be a problem. He was very helpful while he listened to what I wanted and took my order over the phone. He sent me an email with confirmation and even called a couple weeks later to update me on the delivery time. The furniture came in great condition and I’m obsessed with my new bedroom. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve purchased a bedroom set from Bassett Modern collection. It was delivered in the end of December. I love it. The quality and the price are absolutely perfect. I am very satisfied with the service provided in the store and the home delivery service. Will be there again to purchase a living room set.

I really can't say enough about my experience with Bassett Design Center in Nashua. Customer service was my profession, so I have extremely high expectations and can be tough to please. I was certainly not disappointed! Their staff, from Irina, my astonishingly great salesperson in their Nashua store, to Max in their warehouse, to our amazing delivery folks - just top notch in every regard! Irina's design sensibilities are second to none. From just a couple of photos of my room, she helped me pare down Bassett's wide range of products, to the perfect few. The communication with the warehouse was timely and personable, and our delivery guys were very careful and courteous. They are my go-to store for any furniture needs. Highly recommended!

The store manager Irina called me personally and expressed that she was working hard to make new Bassett in Nashua a top notch facility. She offered to replace our sofa and get us one with a new fabric....at most discount possible! This really went above and beyond and is the service I was looking for. We met with her personally and picked out something that was durable and fit our needs better than the basket weave fabric did. I am so impressed with the level of service they have provided. I will now recommend Bassett Design Center in Nashua to everyone. My only advice: make sure you speak to your representative about your lifestyle and durability needs so that you get a fabric that will last you!

During this time, the furniture industry has been experiencing many delivery delays. Fortunately, Bassett Furniture is mostly made in the USA and uses little to no foreign suppliers making it easier for us to deliver at a much quicker speed.

Our designers are perfect for offering suggestions based on your style and practicality, they can also do home visits, take measurements, create floor plans and design a curated presentation to be sure you’ll love every inch of your new space.
Bassett is one of the few American manufacturers who have maintained a domestic production presence for over 100 years, with factories in Virginia, North Carolina and Texas. All of Bassett Furniture upholstery is made in North Carolina and Texas, our Custom Dining program is assembled and finished in Martinsville, Virginia; and our Artisan Bench-Made collection is entirely American made from solid American Red Leaf Maple, right in our hometown of Bassett, Virginia. As for some of our imported goods, regardless of manufacturing location, Bassett is involved in designing and quality control requirements for all pieces. We maintain employees in international plants to oversee production and to ensure Bassett’s quality of all of our products meet U.S. safety standards, as well as compliance standards for California (typically the strictest standards in the U.S.).
