Extremely POORLY managed. There is no after hours emergency service. The management is greedy, selfish, uninterested in their job, or the residents and does not care about the residents. Right now, there is no supervision at all. I do not recommend living here. There are so many other places in Silver Spring that would be a better choice. The place is also falling apart with molding, electrical problems, and water issues. STAY AWAY

I've lived here (700) for two years and I love it. The one thing that is a problem is the bugs. When the office is notified they do call an exterminator but the exterminator literally takes a can of bug spray and sprays a few corners and leaves. I could've done that. Everything else is great.

Overall great place to live. Conveniently located near everything. The maintenance man is fabulous!
