All of the bottom rooms are smoking rooms, carpets aren’t cleaned, found bug in bed when I woke up, and much more. Was not fun at all, seriously would not recommend. Our family seriously regrets coming here. I was trying to give it 0 stars but I had to give it one.

I made reservations for this place in May, and cancelled them the next day due to finding another hotel. I was told that the cancellation was free of charge however I've been charged $160, I called and the front desk told me there's nothing I can do about it. What? You can't refund me for the money you stole?

We stayed a week here visiting family. The room was keep very clean and the mattress was so comfortable. We had great interactions with all of the staff, all of them were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a budget hotel then we really recommend this one. The floors aren't carpeted so it is very easy to see that they are clean also the TV is a very large screen. It was a most pleasant stay. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

Clean rooms, honest employees. My girlfriend's sacred Frankenstein pillow was left in the room, and the proprietor quickly called me so we could come back and get it. Affordable, and for our purposes (an event in Hampton) it was really conveniently located and quiet. We'll definitely consider coming back here for the next one!
