Clean, nice amenities, and pretty comfortable over all. Staff were hospitable and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet when we first got here. It was very slow to flush and the next morning wouldn’t flush. Told maintenance that morning and they came and fixed it very promptly. Maintenance was friendly and professional. Fixed the toilet, let me know that he would be right back to clean up the area where he had worked. In a few minutes he was back and after just a few minutes it was all back nice and clean! The bed was a little hard. My husband has been working here in Hampton, VA and last time we stayed at the Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center. The bed is really the only thing better there. The Hyatt bed was so comfy, it made me go on the search for a new mattress for my own bed at home, lol. I still think that I would rather stay here at the Hampton Inn. Breakfast was great and there were different options every day. They have waffle makers😋 and usually had traditional batter and banana bread batter, yum!

I was very impressed with how clean this hotel was and how vigilant the staff was in wiping down surfaces. The front desk. Staff members were very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

No frills hotel, in a weird area. Nothing wrong with the area just a weird spot for a hotel. Rooms aren't necessarily dirty, just looks old and abused; at least the rooms we stayed in did.

Stayed there on a work trip because the site I was visiting was close by. The hotel is old and definitely needs renovation. The TV is small with half channel not working properly. The bathroom was big but dated. The bed was OK. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. They offered a basic breakfast. They only clean the room upon request but even after I requested they “forgot”. Not a great experience overall. I will not be staying here again.
