This building is old and the outside looks better than the inside. The building is made for short people no offense. The shower was at my stomach and I’m only 6 ft tall. The rooms are dirty and outdated with old everything. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. You can hear everyone’s conversation in there rooms walking in the halls or while people were in the hall and you are in the room. Doors slamming and small windows with exterior lighting makes for a terrible time. Check in was terrible as they just want the money and ship you to the first dirty room they have. The pull outs look like they are 20 plus years old no to mention what’s found under the couch. I stay out of town every weekend and this is by far the worse hotel I have stayed in years. It’s my fault for waiting to book so last minute but this should not be the cost to stay at a holiday inn regardless. The room carpet is so old I was scarred to even touch the floor it looked so nasty. The rooms had one small trash can with no trash pickup daily. No trash cans were in the halls only found one outside one exit. You are stuck with no cleaners and a small room with no trash pickup. Unbelievable during these times. The staff was not mean the two I saw other than the check in process. Do not go to this place until they renovate or build a new building.

We got in late and tired, but check-in was a breeze. Michelle at the Front Desk was not only polite but also super friendly and very helpful with a few special requests. Her customer service skills made me feel like she was not only willing, but actually happy to help me! I will be staying here again next time I visit the area -- just because of her! Well done Michelle!

These folks here ( Ms Donna and Mitchell ) are what excellent customer service stands for. Ms Donna was polite, courteous and very professional. She listens and went above and beyond to cater to our needs during our stay . Also the hotel is neat, and great location for lots of things in the city . Thank you Donna and Mitchell for great hospitality. Blessings to both you and the entire hotel staff .

I had a good stay at this hotel. It's in a great location for food, and shopping mall across the street. The staff was excellent. It's also in a safe well lit area. The breakfast was good with great coffee for a hotel. I was looking forward to the pancakes but due to the pandemic they didn't serve any, but did have hostess serving. On the down side the rooms are smaller than they look on line and the toilet seat are low. I stayed in a king suite w/o a kitchenette. Overall I would stay again!
