I’d give it a 5 if it wasn’t right on Hwy 5. Very nice park, clean, landscaped beautifully, gorgeous views of farmland and mountains, nice staff. The Hwy is loud. But I’d come back. Enjoyed Eugene and this park is in a quaint little town just north called Coburg.

Great place to stay. Convenient to get too off I-5. The sites were easy to pull in and out of and all the hookups worked great. The facilities were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and guided us to our site. Ask about the member punch card and get your 8th stay free night.

Very nice! Paved RV park with grass between sites. Lots of amenities, not quite five star but pretty darn close. I've been here before and I would return again. Staff were extremely nice and I enjoyed my visit here

We stayed for 2 nights with our kids, primarily spending our days out in Springfield. Location is great right off I5, and super quick to get to everything. The RV park has large spaces and facilities were clean and very well maintained. You can see the freeway on one side but the other view is mountains and fields. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back in the future!

Not all areas of the resort are available for monthly stays. Rates are seasonal. We paid $750/month this last winter, plus electric. Beautiful spot with excellent management!
There is a 10 year age limit which applies to long term stay of 4 weeks or more, there is no restriction on age for short term stays. All of the current prices are available on the website at https://www.premierrvresorts.com/eugene-rates.html

Read the contract. They have it rigged. Had to pay more to leave early from my pre paid monthly spot. Have started contacting AAA, good Sam, rv clubs. The city of Coburg, Eugene.
Yes, but I would call them first to make arrangements before hand. They will be able to answer all your questions.
They have never asked about my 2001 Monaco Knight motorhome's age. You would get better answers if you call them as they are very friendly.
