I had the pleasure of being introduced to University Center by Zach Chandler. He was thorough, knowledgable and friendly. He patiently answered each of our 100 questions. And that was only the first tour. We came back with our student and Zach gave us an even more detailed tour! The center is a gem and we look forward to our student residing there. If I was asked the main reason for choosing University Center, it would be because of Zach!

You can park in the back if youre loading/unloading things but i would ask security at the front desk first. Sometimes they will allow you to park up front on state as long as its not in front of the bus stop or traffic is low
No. You can arrive at anytime you want
Unless you're on the 15th floor (or higher) you will NOT have a refrigerator or Microwave, so plan for that. You'll probably want a new shower curtain because the ones at the uc don't cover much. Get cleaning supplies, but don't worry about the silverware or dishes, (those you can borrow from the Cafe) you don't need a vacuum or a printer either, the UC has those Your room will have a desk, chair, and bed. Anything else you need, bring. You will get around $50 dollars to spend a week at the store on the second floor though, so that's a plus!
Yes, you get them back about 3 weeks before you move out. If you're staying more than one year, they will ask for the 300 dollars back however, so don't just spend it {like I did. 😞 }
