Shout out to Sharon and Katie for making a mom traveling by herself with 2 small children feel safe and welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was safe after a previous night at an unsafe and scary hotel (not associated with Holiday inn) This hotel is clean, safe, great breakfast, friendly staff who care about your well being! Highly recommend!

Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff.. Shout out to my girl Megan for her outstanding customer service and the cleaning lady with the braids (forgot her name) she was really sweet. I will definitely see my ladies again. They made my birthday stay great 🤍💯

Not only was everything clean, but every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff running the breakfast area were consistently keeping everything stocked and clean and had great personalities. We had the misfortune of accidentally leaving my 5 year olds most loved stuffed animal behind but the housekeeping staff had already found it and saved it for us so they could easily be reunited. Including any higher rated accommodations I've stayed in before, this was the best hotel experience I've ever had.

My stay over the pay weekend was semi ok. The beds wasn’t comfortable and felt like a cardboard and the pillows were comfy. I had to get clean sheets 2min after getting in room because blood stains were on 1 of the beds. I do think they need to update/upgrade their painting on the walls. The air conditioner was loud that it cancels out the noise in the hallway. Loud music in elevator area which is bad for me cause my room was the first room by the elevator, which is why I hate being in that area but I was told they were fully booked. The breakfast was blah, they don’t use real eggs and more meat than anything else. Smh! No waffles.
