Location is very quick and easy drive to CNU. The hotel is very clean and the parking / lobby are well lite and safe. They cater to pets and the rooms are modern / updated so you can relax. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. The only downside is the hotel does not enforce quiet hours. We have stayed over a dozen times and it has got worse recently. If a very restful sleep is your primary goal, be warned, outside of that issue, this is a great hotel for the value.

Spring break ruined. We used to spend a lot of time here when it was an Omni hotel. They had an absolutely beautiful pool area with pretty waterfall & a great hot tub area. Made you feel like it was a tropical oasis. Now that it is a Holiday Inn, they completely demolished the pool area and replaced it with a drab indoor pool & NO HOT TUB! The water was so cold, within 10 minutes the kids were shaking & lips were turning blue. We had to pull them out. The adults never got in it was so cold. So our 3 planned days of swimming and enjoying the pool were wiped out! It is purely stupid to have an indoor pool that is not heated! It is even more stupid to have an indoor pool and NO HOT TUB! The specialty burger restaurant at the hotel could not even get a burger cooked correctly? Ordered a burger cooked medium and it came out super raw. Waitress was shocked when I showed it to her! She took it back, had it remade and the 2nd one was delivered just a tad better, still totally red on the inside. The waitress was great & did her best, but to have a professional cook that can't even get a hamburger right is disgraceful. If you want a good hamburger just go down the street to the closest Hardee's and get a much bigger burger at 1/2 the price.

ED made my experience GREAT!!! House keeping failed miserably. We had 2 queen beds. One was not complete with pillows & the 2 out of was supposed to be 4 pillows didn't have pillow cases. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned. HOWEVER, my sister must have spoke to ED, because housekeeping came right away to square away both issue. THANK YOU ED!!!!👏🏽🙌🏾💯

Enjoyed my stay with my mom. Our room was not fully stocked but front desk made sure we were taken care of. Th we night shift manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I will be staying here again.
