We were there for our family reunion. The entire experience was nice. “Thomas” worked with me to reserve enough rooms for my family. The facility was clean. There was good breakfast. The location was perfect!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Very pleasant experience with little to no issues. My family and I stayed for two nights and everyone was courteous. Only minor negative I had was housekeeping forgot to bring new towels after I asked; and there was a softball team that came and stayed and had a mini party in the lobby. Unfortunately my room was on the first floor and I heard a bit of it, but other than that very pleasant experience.

This is my second stay at this hotel and it was still very enjoyable. They were in the middle of renovations so there was a bit of clutter but our room has just been upgraded so that was nice. Bed was super comfy, room temp was easy to adjust and the shower pressure was awesome! Only weird thing was the noticably large gap under our room door to the outside hallway. Thankfully it was quiet on the floor so we didn't have much noise seeping in but we did put a towel down to block the light from the hallway. Room could have also used another power strip for all the amenities to be plugged in. When we arrived the TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave we're all unplugged and there weren't enough outlets for everything.

The evening front desk ladies was very nice and helpful. She even offered her parking spot. The breakfast host on Sunday morning was not friendly at all. She turned of the waffle make before closing and I had put mix it it and the maker was cold. She was loud to ask who did it. The OJ was over concentrated. She won’t not make more waffle mix and we had 15 minutes before it closed. Staying in other hotels chains they are happy to make more for you.
