Went to get my hair done paid 200 for some thin braids they didnt even secure the braids at the bottom and the braids are so thin will not be returning thats why they make you pay up front so you cant get your money back go elsewhere

Third time coming here for knotless braids. The first time Katie did great and I was out in less than 4 hours. Second time I requested Katie but she was braiding someone else so I went to a different lady. This time was the last time. I requested Katie and did not get her again smh. My braider kept stopping and I was there from 9-3. She kept yanking my head, my parts are sloppy, and the ends look old. I also hate how they use a lighter on your hair.

Dema did a great job. I loved my hair. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because when she started my hair she did 6 braids and she had to leave and she was gone over a hour. So while she was gone I was sitting their doing absolutely nothing.

To have a last minute appointment the timing of their service was on time .......the braids were okay for my 12 yr old Bday girl! I didn’t like the parts. It was no sequence in the parting of the braid pattern which made her head look really big. The braid pattern itself was fine. As well as the amount of time it to finish which was about 5 hrs . Which you can tell from the size and the parting. Next time I’ll be more pacific and explain in details how I want the braid and the size to match the parting sequence.
