These people have a way with dogs. My dog Pookie just loves going there. I'm always surprised at how calmly she reacts to them.

Having recently moved into the area, I was looking for a new vet that wasn't an hour away. Colony has been wonderful with my two dogs (one large and one small breed) and very reasonable in price. Unfortunately they have discontinued their boarding service due to staffing issues (I travel several times a year for work), otherwise I would definitely give them 5-stars!

For as awful as our day had been colony really made the best of it. I couldn't be anymore grateful with the warmth and care of the staff and facility. Help make one of the hardest days a lot easier. Thank you!

I am a brand new cat owner and took my two kittens in to be seen. This was my first time at this vet. The vet spent about 5-10 minutes with us total, told me they were going to give them rabies shots (which was not the reason for my appointment) and didn't really give me a say in the matter, did not give me any post-care instructions, and didn't really address my initial concern. As other reviews have said, they are also pricey.

They are very caring and well let you know everything that is going to happen.
I have not "boarded" any of my dogs there, so, I don't know re costs but I have had to leave them at their clinic for days in order to treat their indiscrete eating habits and for multiple surgeries due to puppy mill issues. I can tell you the attention paid to the animals needs is excellent, right down to individual attention, play time and walking. Over all, this veterinary establishment is head and shoulders above the crowd. Once, when I returned to pick up my fir-baby, my dog was carrying on very loudly because he had seen us ad I apogized to Dr Pisky about the noise and he say, oh, He's been talking with me all day. He's a great dog. I think the dog thought we had given him away. He is a rescue and has separation anxiety due to prior abandonment despite the mutual admiration relationship. When I have picked up my surgical dog, the diagnosis was difficult because while we cut out the cancer, Kushings Disease was a new probability. It has been 1 1/2 years and my baby is still doing
