TASTE: Barring the people- 1. Creating their own symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast in their dirty apartment living room next to their half completed discography of Joni Mitchell on vinyl that they only started for attention. 2. Who have/use pocket watches. 3. Who deem oregano as a “natural alternative” to antiperspirant deodorant. we as an American Nation are all unanimously and yet unsatisfactorily onboard with the taste of Starbucks Coffee. Like it or leave. SERVICE: The people are repetitiously genuine and friendly, this is my #2 Starbucks in Newport News. Total sweethearts to the core. BUDGET: They’re doing $5 for 12oz bean water. You can’t keep living this way, my frappachicos and frappachicas RECOMMENDATIONS: Make your own coffee Try water for a change Get more sleep- we all know you aren’t getting enough I give it a 3.71 -H.T

I don’t know what’s going on. I know a lot of people are new . this used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately it seems like I get a lot of attitude. When my drink isn’t right. This morning I wasn’t the only one at least 3 other ladies drink was wrong . So disappointed…

Paid $5.62 for a latte and they couldn't even fill up the cup. I immediately took the lid off because the cup felt so light. There was an inch of space between the foam and the top of the cup. Unfortunately the drive thru line was too long for me to go back through. Won't be ordering here again.
