I am a 72 year old male who had cataract surgery for my right eye this morning with Suburban Associates at their Arlington Heights location.. Arrived at 6:30am and got the chance to observe/experience the entire process from registration, to preparation, to the actual surgery, then recovery and release. As smooth and professional as I've ever been part of, or observed with other family members. AND --- the doctor and every member of the staff was extremely polite and caring. Employees at the reception are rude. Wait time is terrible. I had appointment at 10:40 am I actually saw the DR at 12:40 pm
