They did the drain tile for the basement remodel before we bought our house 3 years ago. They did a great job, even went as far as followed up when we had an issue after buying the place and fixed it free of charge. For all of that, they'd get high praise from us, as it was fast and efficient. The following year, however, is when things went south fast. One of the walls in our basement did not have drain tile installed. Not their fault, the old owner made that choice. We found a leak, they recommended doing a french drain instead of adding drain tile to that wall. It mostly works, but not all the way. We also had to pay a lot of money for landscaping to make what was put in to look decent. Again, that isn't the worst thing in the world, but it was double what we allotted for the budget so we didn't have a yard that looked abysmal. What we found out after that, is that there was still a leak in the basement that the french drain didn't fix. We had them come out, they gave us an idea of what they wanted to do, and we scheduled a call to fix it, as it required tearing down drywall. During this time, we also asked them to do more work on the outside, as our drainage is bad in the backyard. They said they'd get back to us with an estimate. We had a concrete contractor also assist with an estimate to redo our patio, and do everything within the same time. We got that estimate back in a couple of days. Four phone calls later, three promises to have both the estimate and a service call to fix the leak, and absolutely nothing. Each time I called, they said "We'll send somebody out" and "You'll have that estimate by the end of the week" and nothing. That was over a month ago, haven't heard a peep from them, never got any estimate or anybody show up. We ended up using another waterproofing company to do the work, in which we found out that part of the french drain that went in is against city code, and if and when we decide to sell the house, we will have to deal with that and remove it. Bottom line, I think the work that they do is good, but getting somebody to actually come out seems to be next to impossible right now, and they have no professional courtesy to do something simple as to make a phone call. I've had to call every time to find out what is going on, and in the end, still had to pay somebody else to do the work.

Gus was very responsive. His team was very kind and communicative as well. We ended up needing a pretty massive pipe repair but he was honest about the severity and the work was done in just a few days despite needing to dig up our yard AND sidewalk. Gus even wrote a report to submit to our homeowners insurance which made all the difference in getting coverage. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing or waterproofing needs!

They were working on my block and I asked them to look at a wall that I have been having a water issue with. They said they would be able to fix. They were not able to come out when I called them originally back in the fall because of owner hospitalization, and we would postpone until spring . Since then I have communicated with their office 5-6 times. They have not shown up 3 times after making a appointment with them to meet, for a number of different excuses. I asked if they do not wish to do work just tell me and I will call someone else. They assured me we could meet last week and I confirmed it the day before and told them I was staying home to meet with them and if any issue to please call in advance since I was staying home. No body showed up and no one called. The only good trying is they never got a deposit otherwise they probably would have stiffed me to. I called two other companies that responded in couple days to do the work. Felt pretty stupid for dealing with them after no shows and getting led on by their office. They should not be in business they tell you anything you want to hear and do nothing. This was not my first time around been dealing with contractors for 30 years +, this is one to skip.
