This property has no respect for the people who pay for a room, management do not know what they are doing, they claim to never be there when someone contacts them for a refund. Housekeeping does a horrible job they lie and say that you take things to make up reasons for you not to come back, they're water has been contaminated and turns brown they never twll you until you are about to check out. If you care about a place that actually cares and gives you clean items and not dodge you all the time them this is the worst place to go in newport news. They say they allow service animals but they dont really want them there that catch attitudes and more when you bring your service animal, I would never visit this place ever again. Wifi didnt work/barely worked, water bugs,had to keep getting my room card reactivated and more

The rooms are spacious and clean and there wasn't a bug in sight which is unusual for cheaper motels. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because although they advertise weekly prices only certain rooms are available by the week, not all of them. I believe the rooms were $67 a night & it's close to everything you would need; food gas, entertainment, airport, etc. But my favorite part and the reason I'm going to go back again is the size of the room and how clean it was. Staff is very friendly and maids are on point.

This is nice and economic place to stay.The room was very clean. Except a little dusty on ceiling fan. King size bed was very comfortable. Plus room offers a love seat. Plenty of hot water from the shower. Free WiFi and cable television. Refrigerator and microwave work fine. This was a very pleasant one night stay.👍🏾👍🏾

No WiFi, damaged walls and non working lights ; key cards are old, I was locked out of room numerous times and establishment refused to refund despite not staying. I’ve returned the key card back to office less than two hours later, and ultimately I’ve waited for service in lobby over 15 minutes when I booked online a hour prior to my arrival.
