Ambience is great! Very cute area but the food is way below what it should be. Didn’t eat all of my tuna bowl because rice was way over cooked and snap peas tasted old. My husband veggie mix was mainly onions. The only good thing about the meal was the beer and my daughters Mac and cheese. Won’t be back again, too expensive for bad food.

Great experience! We sat outside and came to see the band Slick Trick Band. The music was great and very entertaining. They really got the crowd involved and up dancing. The food and drinks were very tasty. Hands down the best Crab Dip on the peninsula. Collard Greens and Cheesy Grits we ordered to share were a huge hit, we even shared them with the table next to us. Our server Anne-Marie was swamped with customers adding chairs to every table giving her probably 60 customers and she was all over it. We never waited long for anything. I can't say enough about how she made our night. We will be back.

Amazing! Everything was delicious. We were greeted immediately. Food came out very fast especially on a busy Saturday with live music. Will be returning.

I really liked the restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. I'm assuming they are having a staffing problem because service seemed to be slow. I was hoping to try the bread pudding, had even emailed the restaurant about it but didn't receive a reply. The waiter was very competent, but I think a bit overwhelmed. My salad was good, the salmon was delicately seasoned. I asked for sweet potato fries - he brought out green beans (he did later bring out the BEST sweet potato fries I've ever had after I reminded him about my request). He never asked us if we wanted dessert. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Love the food. They seem to have problems with large parties. But really enjoy this restaurant. Thanks
I agree 💯 with you! My sister and her family came in town to visit me. I had told her how nice the restaurant and the atmosphere was. Oh boy, what a mess! The list is endless!
Often the Cove is in restaurant mode as that other person mentioned. You won't be restricted from entry then and can expect a normal sit down family friendly environment. On Friday, often Saturday, and special holidays or events such as New Years Eve tonight, a DJ or live band will be playing. At this time around 8:30 or 9:00 there will be restricted entry to 21 and older and often a cover fee. Unless late night on weekends or holiday, treat this as a restaurant/bar that is family friendly. Otherwise expect enforced age-restricted access, mid thirties crowd, and a DJ, standing club-like scene. Don't show up there tonight unless you all are 21, don't mind standing and loud music, and are ready for a $10.00 cover fee. cheers
No i dont think they do
No reservations needed for parties under eight
Have to wear a mask to get in. Once your seated or at the bar drinking you can take it off. Must wear to go to the rest room also.
I am not sure, however, the staff can help guide you through the menu.
If I recall, there are not many (if any) Vegan options.
