I have lived here for several years. I must say Neva and her staff always try to make everything great for us. People complain but they are usually the problem. The resident events are always nice, building kept clean, and the views are the best. Thank you Neva for always loving your residents even when we don't deserve all you do.

The office staff is very organized, helpful and friendly. Maintenance guys are reliable and on time. The neighbors are extremely nice & respectful. I Love the view, the upkeep of the building, & the parking garage option. I couldn’t have chosen a better home for my family and I! 🖤

I've been living here for approximately 3 years now. I don't have any major complaints. I'm very happy that the elevators are currently being upgraded. It's very unfortunate, that we are unable to access the amenities due to the pandemic. However, the staff continue to be attentive to resident's needs (my experience anyway). For now, the food truck visits are a great treat to look forward to. Hopefully, one day we will have some normalcy.

Building is nice, and location near the shipyard is good for those who work there. However the local neighborhood is seedy at best even during the day, the maintenance situation of the building has been in a steady decline over the last couple of years with questionable repairs at best, you better get used to the fire alarm PA system built into every apartment going off at random hours almost weekly as well as random announcements being shouted off over it like some Orwellian nightmare, and don't even get me started on the management. To give you a snapshot of their attitude, they have used Covid-19 as an excuse to be able to avoid /all/ interaction and complaints near forcing us into a default renewal of the lease due to being unable to get in contact with them. If you can put up with having to drive elsewhere to go outside, or stay indoors at all time; if you can put up with the elevators being broken down regularly; if you can put up with being treated with a condescending attitude by the people who ought to be trying to cater to your patronage; if you can put up with home guests being harassed by the mall cop at the front desk; go for it! Otherwise, steer clear, for the prices they're asking, you can do much better. And for shipyard workers: Unless you are willing to walk the half mile to the southyard gate, you're going to still have to drive an hour early to find a parking spot, so do yourselves a favor and just get somewhere further away, cheaper, and nicer. The only benefit they offer is a discount on the deposit, which I suspect they intend to pocket no matter how good a condition we leave the premises in.

We have lived here for 2 years, on one of the top floors. Only once has both elevators been down at the same time.
No it's not

Don't move here. They are terrible! Our heat goes out all the time. The trash chute goes out all the time. The security guard female is insanely rude. This place is the worst
