Used to love it here but now I don’t our guests have to pay for parking. We had a 40 dollar increase in rent for the pool and gym when we weren’t even allowed or they were in to poor of a condition to use but we still had to pay. Every year the rent has gone up by 200 dollars so now although I would like to stay I can’t even though I have never missed rent and been a model tenant. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend to others at this time.

Take this review as you will. I will attempt to speak objectively. As a current resident here, moved in September 2021, my partner and I have had a number of negative experiences including the following: paint on carpeting, concave shelving, out-dated appliances (dating roughly 10 years after researching the serial numbers), missing security bar, broken towel rack, broken door handles, low water pressure, paint peeling from the walls, dirty balcony with spider infestation, and lastly a roach infestation. This is all not to go without saying that their maintenance team hasn’t responded to our request in a timely manner, they have; however, their attempts at fixing any of the previous has been lackluster. To sound more subjective, we believe that the price point of $1100+ for a one bedroom in rent does not match the effort the team puts into their complex. We expected more out of them after viewing the model apartment and they have failed to meet our expectations in only 2 months. We are disappointed to say we will not sign a new lease to stay here.

This is my first apartment and I’ve lived here for roughly three years so I’ve seen quite some changes around here. Overall, it is a somewhat safe community, a lot of military folks and Couples. I do have to say that I have been blessed to live in a very quiet part of the complex with fairly quiet neighbors and no problems. The walls are very thin so you have to be courteous of your neighbors as to when play music or have people over. Sadly, within this time nothing has been updated or upgraded and the monthly rent has still risen $126 over the course of 3 years. There are very limited parking spaces and on the weekends you might not get a spot right up front. They do have visitor parking although it is paid parking which I have never seen in an apartment complex before. So you probably will think twice if you invite friends & family over.. But every apartment comes with a Washer & Dryer and the rest of the complex is pretty clean. Overall, I think you get a decent value for the price you pay. 😊 P.S. All the ladies in the Leasing Office are awesome to work with and ALWAYS friendly.
