St Andrew is an amazing community. Filled of many wonderful neighbors. I walked this area many times while I was pregnant. at all times night and day. Property is maintained lovely as well as the laundry area, stairwell, and hallways of each building. Maintenance requests are met quickly. Only 10 minutes from fort Eustis. The office and all staff members are friendly and professional. The gym is full of lots of equipment and always clean. The pool area is just a huge bonus. We lived in a two-bedroom apartment for about 2 years now and I have to say the only downfall is they don't have 3 bedroom apartments. Make St Andrews your next apartment, you won't regret it!

This neighborhood use to be so quiet but its slowly turning away from that. My neighbor stated she was getting random knocks on her door at night. Now tonight it finally happened to me. There needs to be some cameras in these buildings perhaps or something that ensures peace safety & quietness. I no longer feel safe in this neighborhood. Not to mention the bug problem

Do yourself a favor and stop apartment hunting now- St. Andrews Apartments are quiet, comfortable, and affordable. All the office staff are professional, helpful, and all around lovely people. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and common areas such as stairwells are kept clean and tidy. You won’t find a better apartment for a better price. Such a great place to live!!

I lived here from 2012 to 2017. This year I moved into a townhouse that was closer to work but I had nothing but great experiences at St Andrews. The grounds are extremely well kept. Maintenance is quick and take care of the problems correctly. Everyone in the front office is professional and do their best to accommodation everyone (I dealt mostly with Shanna - really good person). I never had issues with bugs which is a deal breaker for me... I wouldn't had stayed as long as I did if I noticed a bug problem. It's also really quiet.. which I need. Honestly, I would recommend St Andrews to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, affordable place.
