Hello Amy, We do carry non-ammonia color and it's also PPD free (a known irritant). And yes, We love Balayage and Foilage. Our owner, Monique was recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as best in color techniques. Her training includes Frederic Fekkai (balayage masters ) and Bumble and Bumble.
