Seen Stoney Run while randomly driving. Me and the family pulled right in. During our move Joshua stopped by to make sure our move was going as planned. Joshua is the heart and soul or Stoney Run. If we had any issues, not only did he make sure it was taken care of immediately, he also followed up to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I love being here and all the restaurants and stores in the complex make this the perfect stay. If you decide to come here, ask for Joshua, he will make sure you're taken care of!

Nice spacious apartments BUT there are WATER BUGS AND ROACHES. After I moved in, I noticed many cockroaches and water bugs crawling around out in the breezeways after dark, shortly after that I started finding them inside of my apartment. I’m not sure if the problem is coming from the restaurants under my apartment or not but this is still unacceptable. I have had pest control come “treat my home” over 6 times since I moved in here in May, the problem has not stopped. I am moving out next week and am so disgusted of my experience. Roaches only multiple and this issue will only get worse. Pest control will try to tell you these are “occasional invaders” but that’s not true at all.

I just started my lease here and I am SO EXCITED. The communication the leasing office provides is top notch and should be recognized. From beginning to end, the community manager Lisa, was helping me navigate my way to move in💕. I was provided everything I needed in CLEAR detail also in this welcome packet which I more than appreciate. I mean it went over EVERY possible thing you could think of. Resources for internet set up are also provided to you which i thought was very helpful because it is one less thing I needed to find and set up later. The community is beautifully maintained as well as in the perfect location! Everything is so close and even in walking distance to many major stores and food locations. After the anxiety of already dreading moving and everything it brings— Lisa made this a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend leasing from Stoney Run.
