I just moved in just shy of 2 weeks & no complaints. When viewing the unit prior to signing the lease everything was spotless & immediately smelled clean when walking in. The staff has been very helpful & Jessica always greets you with a smile when walking in.

The parking lot got shot up, and they failed to notify any of us, the life of your tenants can be at risk and u decide not to check on the well beings of everyone else. People walk their dogs and play at the park every day, 1 star has been coming for a while at this place but that was just the last straw.

So do not move here !!!!! I moved here first in April of this year I was completely settled into my apartment then 2 months later I saw a roach in kitchen. Then as time passed by I started see more and more but mainly coming from the kitchen behind the stove. I called the rental office to come spray. I had to pack everything completely up like I was moving in order for them to spray. So I did two months later I started to see them back again. So I found a new place and broke the lease. So the people that I discussed this with we had everything set and stoned on what I supposed to do and how much it would cost. A week later we had a whole new leasing crew and property manager was different so I brought up out moving out she really didn’t know what I was talking about until she looked up my file. We’ve talked about what she saw in the system then she tried get me fill out a new 60 day notice form and gave me a different price from what was originally from the beginning. Which I knew something wasn’t right then she called the old leasing manager to get things straight and what the was the reasoning behind it. This was back in October of this year so my 60 end on December 20th 2020 then we discussed about a payment plan getting paperwork typed up but I called the leasing manger 3x to remind her but I never got a called back my paperwork wasn’t ready nor given a walk through date this was back in November. So when it was time to turn my keys I did and I told the assistant I never got call from your manager about my payment plan nor my apartment walk through. The staff is so unorganized.

I had a wonderful experience at Newport Landing Apts. I spent two years there and the property was always clean and safe. The management and maintenance team were always professional and personable. The apartments were very spacious and having the washer and dryer included in the apartment made it an exceptional deal. I moved because of a job switch to the Southside but I recommend anyone looking for a safe, clean, quiet, affordable, spacious, and professionally managed place give them a try. You are guaranteed to be amazed!
