Posting under my husband's Google acct. I give 1 star for being close to home, & 1 star for the team I worked with from 2p-6p. Other than that, working there after 1 yr., I am appalled & embarrassed to have worked under Is@@c. A brand new administrator he is with no RN experience, & exceptionally poor management skills. Unprofessional & as cocky as they come. He has lost more staff in the last 2 weeks than I've ever seen in my life, due to poor staffing, & also because he likes to fire people. Needless to say, collecting unemployment hasn't been a problem when youre canned for unjust cause! Very obvious he doesn't care about the staff NOR THE PATIENTS!

So I was there to visit my mother. She had to go to the bathroom and needed assistance and she pulled the string. I seen the light on in the hallway above the door and the one by the desk where the nurses sit. I went there and stood by the desk and seen two nurses inside the room there looking at the computer and talk you could hear the noise warning the nurses that someone needed help and it was completely ignored. I stood there for a while and then finally one turned around and said do you need something and I told them what I needed and then they went to help my mother. They either all need to be retrained when they hear the beeping sound when a resident pulls the string. And if they want to ignore the alarm they need to find another job. The nursing supervisors are condescending and rude to their CNAs (the people who do the most for the residents). Specifically L@ur@ and D3b. Advice to them — choose a different career path. If you’re in healthcare, you should know how to be kind and empathetic towards other humans. I would not want these types of people in charge of caring for my grandparents.

If you want your loved one to become incontinent and wheelchair bound , then this is the place for you. Money is the focus. You’ve been warned !

It depends who you're trying to call. The nursing supervisor should always be there.
