RUDE MANAGERS, RUDE WORKERS!! This place was okay in the beginning but it slowly got worse throughout the years. This place is not smoke free. I don't know how many times I saw the manager and the workers smoking in front of the buildings. They have poor communication. Your final bill will go into collections and they do not make you aware at all. This is a trend, look at all the other reviews. The manager plus the workers always seem like they have an attitude. They need a whole new staff, or all need to be retrained. The place itself is decent. But if if you want good customer service, do not come here.

I am pleased to say my husband and I had the most positive experience here at the Citizens Apartments the entire year of leasing with them. We had the pleasure to take advantage of all the great amenities they have to offer. Most of all we wanted to thank the staff for their professionalism. We’re really going to miss it here. It is such a beautiful and peaceful environment. I promise every once in a while I will continue to drop off a hot loaf of banana nut bread! ☺️

I went to tour and apartment, but before I did do that we went through things with paper and stuff and the lady was just so rude. One of the employees looked at me and gave like a " it's always the one customer that comes in before we get ready to close look" They had 20-30 more mins before closing time , so there's nothing to be huffing and puffing or tapping your nails on the desk for. The lady I was talking barely said anything, she handed me a paper and didn't say your welcome or of course, she was just quiet. As we toured the leasing office area and outside, she was very starry. She would not stop staring at my child and I. As we toured the apartment, she didn't guide us throughout it or give us any info about anything, she just had us looking around and there was also a big orange stain on the kitchen counter and nor is there space for a dining room table. When we were outside she didn't explain pool ours, all she said was after pool hours the grill is available and there's no lifeguard on duty. Don't you think you should mention like am I allowed to be in the pool? Are there restrictions? She was very quiet nor did she give any details about the apartment. I think the lady I toured withs name was Pamela. However, besides her, I really like Tasha.

So happy to live here!!! Brand new apartments, amazing Appliances, close to everything and next to a lovely trail surrounded by NATURE! Love it! The Staff is amazing, always answering your questions and trying to help! Oh, also, is Pet friendly! 🐶😍
