On the way from SF to Santa Barbara, I had a serious issue with my brakes on my MB. It was Friday afternoon and my SF dealer said get it checked asap. I drove into MBSLO and explained the problem (and that i was due in SBA in a few hours) Evan (service mgr) and Ramon (excellent service tech!) jumped on it and took the car in to see the issue. Fixed within an hour and they kept me posted throughout. Both were extremely polite (‘yes sir’ etc) and it couldn’t have been a better experience . I HIGHLY recommend MBofSLO!

I needed service to my Mercedes sedan. I was leaving town for a week so I asked if I could coordinate my service with my absence. Not only did they coordinate, Vincent, John and the rest of the service team provided me complimentary transportation to and from the airport and had my vehicle cleaned! It was the perfect way to end a long trip. Thanks to all the folks at the service department for going the extra mile.

That is a great question! The Mercedes-Benz EQB will release roughly between July and September of 2022 if all goes according to plan. This will be the second fully electric vehicle in Mercedes-Benz electric car line-up.
Try using the website to book. They did have a long lead time but I got a shuttle ride back to my place and then picked up when my vehicle was ready.

The are available as cars that meet certification standards become available. In essence it is randomly throughout the year
