Not complaining about Dr Watry or his PA Debbie Dowell. STAFF is inept at sending MEDICAL RECORDS. My sister lives in an ALF, and has had to have her insurance changed to get a new PCP, due to changes in her Medicare/Medicaid. For THREE weeks we have called Dr Watry’s office on a daily basis to have her records sent to a new PCP, who has ALSO requested her records. My sister takes Metformin, statins and other medications which CANNOT be missed. Office person in charge of sending medical records is named “Jessica”. My next move is to file a complaint with The Florida Department of Health. I have to believe THREE WEEKS is plenty of time to get medical records sent to a new PCP. Therefore, I can not recommend using this office because staff is either overworked or simply “doesn’t care” about the seriousness of the situation,

Dr Water and his staff are fantastic they actually take time to listen to a patient and make solid sound recommendations I'd give them more stars if possible

Thanks Mary Lou. We have hired Dr. Ivette Hernandez she is working Tuesday and Friday in Deland. We also have Debra Dowell APRN still working in the Deland office.

I really like Dr Hernandez. She really listens to you, doesn't hustle you out and not in a hurry to get on to the next patient!!! Makes me feel like a real person instead of a job to do. She's my favorite Dr. of the ones I have.
In his DeLand office, I usually wait about 5 minutes if that. Also, he's a great doc.
