I have never had such bad service with any car. I can’t really even get service. You can’t get they to them. I have called now 10 times. They must have a answering service. Has anyone else had this problem?

Try using the website to book. They did have a long lead time but I got a shuttle ride back to my place and then picked up when my vehicle was ready.
