The dealership is under new management. Try going in and voicing your concerns and seeing if they have improved at all
Agreed...I also found out weeks later aftter buying my CPO Mercedes tbey never replaced the brakes...they were literrally metal to metal...dealership in Santa Barbara had to force them to pay for new ones.
