I have been a customer with Lube N Go for about 5 to 6 years. I have been more than satisfied with them. I'm disabled and they treat me like family. The young men's there make sure I'm comfortable they make sure they open the door for me. They have assist me with my Walker as it's easy for me to get out but not to put back in. They have no reservation on suggesting anything they feel, really feel I might need. They do not push to sell me anything like some do, more than a few and the question I ask is giving back to me with eye contact and respect. Yep if y'all have never been you need to go to Lube N Go

Very rude. I was on the phone asking about appointments. He answered it very abrupt. Then the man hang up on me before I even asked another question.

I have never done a review online before but I had to give these guys five stars for the service they provided today. I went in for an oil change. They were polite, professional, informative and very patient with all of my questions. Not to mention incredibly efficient! I highly recommend them!

Almost $20 in extra fees?! They said it was posted on their sign and their bad for not giving me an estimate. Won't go back!!!
