Holy cow, I write this review hoping that it’s read, considered, and heard by the gentlemen I am writing of. I have always serviced my vehicles at Jiffy Lubes. I live in Arizona, and made a 9 hour drive yesterday to San Luis Obispo. The people (at a different business) who did my previous most recent oil change as of 1 month ago.. did not take any care or concern in how they put my gasket in for the oil change. I of course broke down in the middle of the desert and was expecting to spend $$$$ and worry on repairing my new, now almost nearly ruined Tacoma. I arrived at the San Luis Obispo Jiffy Lube this morning after a night of hell of getting my truck towed, as it could no longer be driven. ROBERT, greeted me and took the time, patience, professional, and compassion to hear me out in all my angst of my almost blown engine. He immediately got me in and communicated to me the entire process of what was done wrong in Arizona, and within 15 minutes… he had my truck ready to go all fixed. I was convinced my truck was ruined, and Robert is a truly wonderful employee for fixing other peoples wrongs. I will never again get my vehicles serviced anywhere but Jiffy Lube. But my experience at the Jiffy Lube in San Luis Obispo is the best experience I’ve ever had, by far. Robert is an amazing asset to Jiffy lube. Even hearing how we communicates with fellow co-workers was impressive. All around, so grateful!! Thank you Robert & Jiffy Lube!
