I had an appointment for a pre-employment physical. I was there for 2.5 hours. The DR insisted I get a PPD test done before he would sign the form. Ok I understand. I only asked that when I return to have it read I not be made to wait for an hour. This is something that takes less than 2 minutes to observe for documentation. I would have been happy to retrieve paperwork at a later time. As it stands now. I went there at 9am. Front desk person said oh it’s going to be awhile. I said I will be back by 11. She said perfect just be here before 11. I returned at 10:40 and left at 11:20 and did not have my test reviewed. So now I am out the money for the physical and am not able to get the paperwork. This test is read in a certain time frame. Which leaves me unable to start my new job. Very poor management. I work in healthcare management myself and I understand things get delayed. But you should advise your patients about this so they are aware. Unfortunately I had another appointment at 11:30 so I was unable to Sit there until someone decided to pick up the pace. Poor poor management. It’s a shame this is what community health has to offer!

Arrived at 1pm as a first time customer. First thing I see is 3 parking spots in front reserved for staff. Obviously elderly patients walking far is no concern here. Next I walk in and NO patients. I request an apt from the receptionist sitting there doing nothing and she blows me off, telling me to call 202-6025. Nobody answered, terminal hold. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to an x wife! I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon!

It was a little rocky in the beginning, but in the end, it was worth it. Dr. Abi was very compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. My Godchild is much better today after days of being in pain. I appreciate you.

My experience with the ARNP Janet Rowe has been well. She was thorough and professional. The first Nurse practitioner I initially saw didn't even order certain needed labs to check my thyroid so I had to have labs drawn twice. The wait times are long both in person and over the phone, office is always busy and understaffed, and communication between staff seems poor at times. Everyone is very polite and kind though, which is better than other offices I've been to in the past.

She is great for us. We like her alot. And I love that she remembers specific things about the kids, when we only see her once a month
