How does this place have 4 stars? These rooms are our of date, carpets are dirty, old for alarms, nasty windows and so much more. There should be no way that rooms cost over $100, or $50. We don't want to take our shoes off to walk on the carpet and our comforter had a stain on it. With all of this being said, the people at the front desk were quite pleasant and very helpful.

This hotel was great at accommodating towels and cleaning room when asked although it took longer than expected I guess it was because of covid. The floors were dirty and smelled. My room had roaches and mosquitoes in it. Other family members rooms had mosquitos also. The food in restaurant was okay. The bar however over charged a family member. I would be careful and bring own sheets and towels and mosquitoes spray if thinking about staying here. The great thing was it's in a great location and not far from the beach and local stores in the area.

The staff is very friendly! Our first night went by without a hitch. However, on our second night the heater in our room stopped working. It got down to 27 degrees outside and our room was colder than the hallway. We called front desk and it took an hour and a half for someone to come up, which is fine we understand that it was night and they may be short staffed. The guy who came in just made sure the AC unit was plugged in and proceeded to tell us that there was no room available tonight. We slept with our toddlers between us to make sure they were warm since night shift couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything. In the morning, I called front desk again since I couldn’t stand the cold anymore and we were to the point where we were just going to leave, however, the maintenance guy named Cameron was God sent! He made sure we were settled in a room ( an upgrade from our previous ) with working heat! He even gave us complementary dinners at the restaurant downstairs. Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel. Their beds are comfy, clean rooms, and an amazing staff. Cameron went above and beyond to help my family get warm during our trip and we truly appreciate him!

The external and internal (restaurants and lobby areas) were very up to date and clean! Well decorated. The room was okay, a little outdated for my liking but clean. We had a good amount of space but I would've like a partition to separate the bedroom from the living area. The doors were very hard to close and made a lot of noise when trying to close them. Overall, it was good especially the breakfast!! It was 5 star, a full restaurant, tables nicely decorated and super spacious!! The chicken wings from the dinner restaurant was delicious!!
