This hotel is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. A good place to hold your event. They have many different rooms to accommodate your guest count. Their main ballroom is unique with its multi-level design. The hotel itself has many rooms if you are deciding to stay there. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines . Recommended.

Premium IHG hotel Brand it was nowhere near that level. The room they gave us was next to a room being renovated the hall was very hot and drywall dust everywhere. The second room sink was chipped. And they didn't offer any other accommodations so we canceled our reservation and went elsewhere. I have been to hotels being renovated and they normally would block the full floor off to be renovated.

Classic but outdated. Everything works great and clean. Two twin brothers at reception are hotels great asset. Easy location and despite being 10 miles from beach I’d recommend staying here because it’s a direct access to 264 which leads straight to beach access and parking, making easy to be at the sand in less than 15 min. Lots of options for food and grocery stores around, including Wegman’s. Pool was empty still water wasn’t very clean.

Yes, this location does need a renovation with the wear and tear of patrons past it's time for some reinvestment. However...It was very clean, and the location was excellent. But the customer service was what sold me on this Crowne Plaze, simply OUTSTANDING, and the restaurant was beyond SUPERB! The counter staff were friendly and helpful, and Holly & PJ working in the restaurant exceeded all expectations. The chef and his amazing menu and food quality must be a best kept secret in Virginia Beach. I'd challenge anyone come and enjoy the great service and amazing food. I'll be back. And if they ever renovated this place... WOWZA !
