I expected more. My room showed signs of painted over water damage...it was some that wasn't painted over. The door to the balcony malfunctioned often. The tub had some kind of grit or dirty looking substance in it. I went out bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself. The service was good. The appearance of most of the staff could be better. I probably would go back if I could not find another hotel.

Positive: Great hotel! You get everything you need and more ! Negative: We had a great experience, everything was perfect! Room was super clean, the TV was amazing-so huge I have never seen it in a hotel. It was quiet at night, only could hear ocean waves. The hot breakfast was so good! Different every day.

Very friendly place. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The view is spectacular especially in the morning. It does come with a free breakfast and they have a good size cafeteria. They have egg, turkey bacon, cereal bar, coffee bar, Juice bar, muffins, bread, waffle maker. They have a small gym with 2 treadmills (This helped since it rained one night) They have a small size pool the depth up to 5 feet. Ice machines located at every other floor. The garage is good for for small and mid size vehicle. Truck lift, F150 or above will have a hard time. If you have an extra vehicle they charge you $15 extra a night. They have a $75 deposit per night. All rooms are non smoking and no pets allowed. If you need to smoke you gotta go outside or in the garage. Cant smoke in the balcony either. All rooms have beach view. Its a pretty good hotel. Everything you need is close by. Across they have a few ice cream places. Next door is a sweet frog. 1 block over is a mini carnival for kids. They have a coffee/Tea bar thats 24 hours in the lobby.

Ran into a few issues with my stay but the hotel fully accommodated every single issue. Upon arrival after after checking in we began unloading the car and go to room as we got into room and settled I went to go to the bathroom and when I opened the door a very foul sewage smell quickly filled the room and the toilet was filled with brown water. I called the front desk and they immediately apologized and upgraded our room to a suite and had us moved. The suite was very clean and the bathroom was functional much bigger than our original room. My car keys disappeared from my room as we had went no on where but the pool and the breakfast bar so I had to contact a relative to drive 5 hours to Virginia beach to bring my spare car key. Our two day trip turned into a 6 day trip but the hotel worked with us and let us stay in our suite for a discounted rate until my spare key arrived. The breakfast bar was great. Different options for breakfast daily never the same food. The view was wonderful from our balcony. Very quit hotel we were able to sleep uninterrupted. The indoor pool was heated which was very nice. Everything we wanted to check out nearby was in walking distance which was a plus. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is a little above average compared to other oceanfront hotels I’ve stated during my lifetime. I have stayed in better hotel also hotels no where near as nice as this one. I would like to give a shout out to DJ the maintenance man, and the two customer service reps at the front desk Kate the Great, and Julian. They were amazing and completely addressed anything on my stay with such politeness and breeze. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys!
