The room was clean and spacious. The mini fridge was bigger than expected - it held a few days worth of food. The breakfast they offered did not have much selection - no fruit at all the days we came in to look, but overall I think it's a decent place that is worth the lower cost.

ZERO STARS NEED TO BE AN OPTION Okay I would like to mention you go up the road for 29 more dollars you get a beautiful clean motel! With a more than nice staff! When we first arrived you were told about there being no elevator and that was AFTER booking. We had to climb a flight of steps which was nice compared to others. However I have 2 disabled woman with me that both have RA and OA. After we get up to the room we discover it being gross; the pillows weren't properly covered, there was a dirty rag that they tried to say was clean. It had a black hair we are all red heads. Under the sink was a molded towel. The staff came up and cleaned it, That's when the horror started we asked for an extra pillow and they said it was in a drawer we opened up the drawer and there was a ROACH! My mom didn't belive me at first pulled out the drawer and saw it and took pictures. If you use booking you will see a picture of that critter there! We left we got all our bags and didn't even stay and hour! When my mom told the front desk and showed the picture they didn't argue and just refunded us.

This stay was horrible, my wife checked in with my daughter for one night and it started out with the front desk guy was rude to her. Than when she got the room. Everything was filthy. Stains on the sheets, stains on the towels. The floor was sticky. What’s the point of running a business when obviously they lack the ability of proper housekeeping. 3 other families that checked in the same time had the same complaint on top of rooms having bed bugs. Disgusting. When we made the complaint who ever was on duty would not fix the issue or even give us a refund. If I could give a negative star this place would be reported to the department of health and condemned. This location does not deserve 1 star..

Absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The pictures they provide online are significantly better than what you see when you show up. First of all, their parking area is incredibly small and there are pillars between each space that makes it difficult to turn with you car to get through. I had a bad feeling when I saw one of the employees pushing a cart of towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies near the street next to where other people were working on renovations. The elevator leads out to the street and isn’t very clean at all. The room itself was downright DISGUSTING. The floors and surfaces all had some sort of gross residue on them to the point where you could leave visible foot/hand prints everywhere you touched. The carpets were torn up, the windows were very dirty and didn’t even have a curtain. Aside from that stuff, the last straw was discovering that the room was INFESTED with bed bugs. There were different stains on the bed sheets and at that point, I packed my stuff up and slept in my car for the rest of the night. I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience at a hotel. The worst part is, their tone of voice on the phone showed that they really didn’t care and that nothing was going to change. Please save your money and DO NOT stay at this place!
