No AC in main lobby area. Insufficient staffing at front counter and breakfast was not well supplied/attended. Room was adequate. Some worn pieces of furniture. Business center did not have working computers or operating printers. Not a place to rush back to with newer facilities nearby. Unfortunate as it is a good location. Friendly staff when available.

My room was nice, and the location seems pretty convenient to restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and seemed to have a good handle on the busy stream of guests. Breakfast was disappointing, though. The "continental" buffet was mostly just sweets with oatmeal and plain bread, no croissants or other savory baked items that I could see. I understand continental is supposed to be basic and easy, but some non sweet options would be nice. There is a food credit available for Gold and Diamond members to cover breakfast. Parking is very limited at the hotel, understandable considering the central location, but it is nice to be aware of.

The desk staff was wonderful and friendly. The problem was the cleanliness of my room. A 7 day stay and my room was cleaned once. Not acceptable in this day in time especially with all the viruses and germs in this world now days. I kept asking housekeeping to clean my room but no show. Bathtub, toilet, and sink remained dirty with dirty towels all over my bathroom floor. I’m so disappointed in the Hilton. I hope they get better after this post so others won’t have to experience the things I went through. Just expected more from an expensive hotel stay

Hotel is amazing and in a great location!! All the front desk staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. I had one issue with my room and made a call to the front desk, not only was the issue resolved immediately, my room upgrade was amazing! Thank you for making my best friends birthday stay amazing!! Will most def stay here again!
